How to turn a 3D model into a real-world fabricated part? SendCutSend is one solution–send them the file, they fabricate the part and then they send the finished part back to you.
We’ve used the company before on a handful of occasions, but one individual on the internet set out on a unique challenge: Just how complex can you design a part to be before SendCutSend notices and tells you to stop?

The challenge went on for five days before SendCutSend responded–and then agreed to CNC the now highly complex part.

Depends on how many axis, no?

It's never the complexity that gets you, it's holding critical tolerances.
This had zero critical tolerances.

I'm a big fan of Einstein who once said: "Make it as simple as possible, but not simpler."
